You should not still be billed after cancelling your membership. You should receive an email confirming your cancellation, and there should not be any additional charges. You will, however, maintain access to your membership for the remainder of the term for which you have already paid. If you receive an erroneous bill, contact our customer service department. They will look in to the issue to resolve the matter for you.
We allow you to cancel your membership at any time. After you have canceled your subscription/membership, you will still retain access to your account throughout the remainder of the term for which you have already been billed. You will not have any further payments, however.
